Our Induction Heating simulation app engineer Malvine Nelda Strakova recently returned from UIE conference (Czech Republic, 27th August to 3rd September) which organised Ph.D school about optimization of electrothermal processes and where they also did experiments with levitation melting of aluminium (video below).
The course was followed by the conference in which Malvine successfully presented poster “Simulation is a useful tool to predict microstructure distribution in a workpiece”.
The conference and the course were organized by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of West Bohemia.
