What is the minimum subscription period, can I cancel anytime?
Pro plan is charged annually, thus the subscription period is 12 months. Although we understand it might be considered a bit risky to commit for a year. Therefore, we give you the option to cancel the subscription or downgrade it within the first three months of use, you’ll get money back for the unused period in this case.
Can I pay monthly?
Unfortunately, no. We accept annual payments for Pro plan in order to support our commitment to deliver regular updates that improve the software and create more value for our users.
Can I install CENOS Pro on multiple computers?
Sure, you can install the software on multiple computers, but you’ll be charged the subscription fee for each one with Pro plan. You might be interested to choose Enterprise plan if you want to install CENOS Platform on multiple computers, but simultaneously use it only on one device - it's called a floating license.
How can I pay?
You can pay with a credit card or ask for an invoice to wire payment.
