Sales Development Representative

The deep-tech trailblazing software startup CENOS is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to take over a part of sales activities. The SDR will generate new leads, work with inbound leads, qualify them and bring to a product demo. 

CENOS challenges the $5Bn-worth computer-aided engineering (CAE) software market, (which is expected to be $12Bn by 2026), by democratizing simulation system availability. CENOS brings added value with its simulation software for engineers worldwide, who work in the automotive, aviation, medical, oil & gas and other manufacturing industries. The company's current clients are small and medium enterprises located in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Poland and more.​

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation & qualification using explicit and implicit methods;

  • Inbound lead qualification;

  • Develop new and existing leads (engineers, managers, scientists) through emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn;

  • Research the market, identify, nurture and develop potential sales accounts;

  • Create and present use cases to excite prospects and demonstrate our products;

  • Present CENOS's capabilities and its use at public seminars, trade shows, customer site presentations, and professional conferences;

  • Report to the Head of Acquisition.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year work experience in a sales position or a support team working with international customers;

  • Experience talking to international leads or customers by phone;

  • High energy, self-motivated with growth mindset, positive and outgoing personality;

  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and oral;

  • Time management, prioritization skills & analytical thinking;

  • The systematic and persistent approach towards new business opportunities;

  • Experience with Hubspot, Pipedrive or other CRM will be considered a bonus;

  • Experience with outreach tools will be considered as a bonus;

  • Science/engineering background is preferable, but not required;

  • Eligibility to work in the EU and travel to the U.S., ~ 5% of the time may be required for travel.
