Simulation in 3 easy steps

How it works

1. Use template
or select CAD

2. Set parameters, motion, and SPICE

3. Analyse results

CENOS WCH has templates for quick simulation of transmitter-receiver systems. Then, for the whole geometry, you can choose your CAD files in a neutral format (.step) that can be exported from any CAD software like Fusion360, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo, and others

Define materials, the parameters for Litz-wire coils, current/voltage input, and frequency (kHz). CENOS WCH supports additional magnets, the movement of the receiver, as well as integration with Ngspice for an electric circuit.

CENOS WCH provides full 3D visualization of electric and thermal results, and provides Q factor, coupling coefficient, losses, impedance, mutual inductance, and magnetic saturation proximity.

In this walk-through video, our engineer demonstrates CENOS™ WCH simulation software preparing the wireless charging simulation from a CAD file, setting the parameters of the model, and getting results to analyze the performance of the wireless power transfer system.

Watch how easy it is to test multiple design ideas and optimize the wireless charger within a few hours.

Reload CAD and parametric study

When you want to re-run a simulation with modified geometry, simply reload the CAD to CENOS™ WCH, and the software will preserve all settings. The special interface is available to set up a parametric study.

Integrate the electric circuit

CENOS™ WCH allows plugging LTspice files for automatic circuit matching. This function saves users time on the back-and-forth in the design of a wireless charging system.
